Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. This includes the time when your order is being sent to our factories for shipping preparation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping in United States

We offer a flat shipping fee of $3.95 for delivery to address in the continental United States. Free shipping is provided if your order is above $45. For items shipped from our warehouse in the USA, typical delivery time is 1-2 weeks. For items shipped from our overseas warehouse, it takes about 3-4 weeks to deliver your item. This does not include order processing time stated above.

International Shipping

At this time, we offer international shipping to the following countries only:

New Zealand
United Kingdom

Shipping fee for International order is $4.95 to the above countries. Free shipping is provided for orders above $45.

Typical delivery time for International delivery is about 4-5 weeks, not including processing time.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. After Wild is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 72 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes address, so please do not use such address to receive your order.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the order.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
